There are separate sections for each of the natural stone types from Saltillo to brick. The course also covers all types of grout, including cement-based, epoxy resin and furan types. Although not a course about installation, participants will know what a good installation should look like. The class goes into great detail on the proper cleaning and maintenance techniques for a “no hassle” customer service and finishes with a large section on proper cleaning products, safety, pricing and industry resources.
